Changing phase details

This section deals with changing the textual details of the phases.

Opening the phase details window

To change the title and description of a phase you need to open the 'phase properties' window. You can do this in one of the following ways :

Select 'Phases' from the main menu, then 'Change phase information and settings':

Select the phase in the tree panel, click the right mouse button to display the pop-up menu and choose 'Change details of this item' :

Select the 'Phase details' tab in the details panel towards the bottom of the main screen to show the existing details of the current phase. Then double-click the left mouse button inside the details panel :

Changing the details

You will then be presented with a window similar to that below where you can change the title for this phase and add some description or note on the phase. These notes will be displayed in the details panel when viewing the map and in the handouts if generated.

Clicking 'OK' updates the phase with the title and description entered. This list of phases can be seen in the tree panel to the right of the main screen (see 'Main screen layout') .

Clicking cancel returns you to the main screen leaving the phase unchanged.
